Re: Stories from the Trenches (Sam-Firstenberg-Buch)
"Finally, finally, finally… after three and a half years of dedicated work by Marco Siedelmann and his team the book “Stories From The Trenches” is in my hands. I already informed you in the previous post https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =3&theater
that it contains 55 interviews. Here is a photo of the one with the American Ninja himself Mr. Michael Dudikoff. Michael Dudikoff "Official Page"
The other interviewees are a bunch of diverse professionals involved in the field of making genre films in the 1980s and 90s, during the height of the home video boom. Here they are (in order of appearance) Director/First AD Leo Zisman; Producer Omri Maron; Producer David Dlw Womark; Stunt master Steven Lambert; Editor Kenneth Bornstein; Martial arts champion Keith Vitali; Actor Jordan Bennett; Producer Alan Amiel; Cinematographer Hanania Baer; Actress/Dancer Lucinda Dickey; Actor/Dancer Michael Boogaloo Shrimp Chambers Turbo; Actor/Master dancer Adolfo "Shabba-Doo" Quiñones; Producer Gideon Amir; Writer Paul Mielche; Actress Judie Aronson Judie Aronson; Martial arts master Tadashi Yamashita; Actor Steve James My Dad Steve James; Actor Larry Poindexter; Cinematographer Gideon Porath; Stunt coordinator/Producer BJ Davis; Editor Michael J. Duthie; Editor Marcus Manton; Editor Shlomo Hazan; Writer/Director Jon Stevens Alon; Producer Frank DeMartini; Writer/Actor Bryan Genesse; Writer/Director Stephen David Brooks; Actress Brooke Theiss Genesse, and yours truly.
Within the fascinating interviews, hundreds of others are mentioned, pointed out, or referred to…the list is too long to cite all."

Re:
